PPR and its employees in figures

In brief

The enhancement and development of employees’ skills and talents is one of the major challenges of the PPR Human Resources policy. This approach is deployed in line with the Group's strategic positioning: performance-driven culture, internationalisation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Supporting employees
All the development tools, the annual appraisal interview, training plans or internal mobility demonstrate a constant concern for the support and development of employee skills.

Promoting equal opportunities
The promotion of diversity, a top priority for the Group, is integral to human resource procedures, particularly in terms of the employment policy for the disabled.

Developing employee relation
PPR promotes freedom of expression of its employees and dialogue with employee representative bodies. PPR has illustrated this desire with the in-house opinion survey and two forums for dialogue at Group level.

Guaranteeing health and safety
Guaranteeing employee health and safety is considered to be a fundamental duty by PPR and its brands and companies. Hence, the brands and companies have rolled out procedures and action programmes to identify, assess and limit the predominant risks relating to their activities.
