The policies covering school relations, recruitment, integration of new employees, ongoing training or remuneration policy reflect a strong and consistent will on the part of the Group to advance in these matters.

The promotion of diversity, a top priority for the Group, is integral to human resource procedures, particularly in terms of the employment policy for the disabled.

 

 

Developping employee relations

 

PPR promotes freedom of expression of its  employees and dialogue with employee representative bodies. PPR has illustrated this desire with the inhouse opinion survey and two forums for dialogue at Group level.

 

 

Guaranteeing health and safety

 

PPR and its companies consider guaranteeing the health and safety of their employees as a fundamental duty. PPR aims to use procedures and action plans within its companies to limit the predominant risks, which will vary depending on the company concerned.
