The Group has thus been making constant endeavours to guarantee safe, high-quality products, the best possible information and the confidentiality of customer data.
The Group’s companies also offer a range of products and services, such as reusable or biodegradable carrier bags, to accompany initiatives aimed at raising their customers’ awareness of sustainable development issues.
Product safety and quality
To build up a relationship of trust with its customers, PPR focuses on the quality and safety of its products, guaranteed by a dedicated structure, particulary for white goods, brown goods, grey goods*, called PPR Purchasing.
