In brief

2005 was an important year for the Group in terms of its structural organisation. It was a year marked by a move to a new management structure based on a Board of Directors rather than a Supervisory Board and a Management Board.

 

Corporate governance

Adopted by the shareholders on 19 May 2005 at the Combined General Meeting, PPR’s articles of association institute a management structure with a Board of Directors. Specific measures have also been taken as part of the strict application of the AFEP-MEDEF report.
 
 
Information and communication

In order to provide accurate, comprehensive and reliable financial information to all its shareholders as well as the financial markets, PPR is increasing its information channels and formal and informal meetings.
