Our Group's scope is so vast that it lets us offer a particularly wide range of specialities: creation, marketing, sales, management and finances, supply chain, purchasing, personnel management, communication…

 

Skills and performance are the criteria which allow our employees to evolve either within their field of expertise or in more general posts, and/or to discover new brands, and new universes.


In 2006, 2,400 employees benefited from a transfer or promotion within the Group, and in particular within their own respective companies.
In this quest for performance, self examination and the quest for improvements lead our employees to outdo themselves and develop unique career trajectories.

The annual appraisal interview is at the heart of our arrangements for career evolution. The interviews are consolidated within each company and analysed in career committees so that we can observe two key development strands: the drafting of the training plan (999,561 hours of training given to nearly 59,500 PPR employees for a budget of 34 million euros in 2006) and transfer and promotion management.
Moreover, this scheme is complemented with an intranet which posts previews of job offers in France and abroad (Spain, USA, Sweden, UK and Portugal) accessible to our employees in order to help them take their own careers in hand.
