PPR is a major player in youth employment thanks to the variety of job types oriented towards excellence in customer satisfaction and performance. Our specialities are exercised with passion, enthusiasm, commitment, and a sense of result to build a relation of trust. These essentials are not learned in any school however brilliant it may be; they are deep inside us.

Which is why the policy of schools liaison developed in France and abroad has only one objective: telling people about the richness and requirements of our environments.
We prefer to build close, durable relations, developing school cases to allow students to come face to face with our realities, organise CV workshops, and create workplace visits essential for getting a first-hand idea of the reality of day-to-day work, to give them every advantage whatever their future career project.
Because PPR loves to motivate those who want to become real entrepreneurs in their life, we make the direct relation as easy as possible. Each brand and company develops its own strategy of schools liaison with specific establishments: forums, encounters, training policies, presentations, classes…

Moreover, to reinforce fruitful exchanges between the companies and students, in 2006 PPR sponsored 20 teams in the Global Management Challenge, a national and  international competition which aims to develop the global vision of enterprise management and which received a 96,4% satisfaction rating from the students.
