PPR’s Schools liaison takes interest in the world scene
In order to develop its culture base on performance and its globalisation, PPR is demonstrating its open-mindedness by facilitating the Schools Liaison of the brands on a global scale!
Each year, under the framework of its Schools Liaison policy, the PPR Group sets out to attracting the future young talents. Through many exchanges with students and young graduates, we are trying to help them discover the numerous career opportunities within our group.
Until now, Schools Liaison actions focused on wide ranging domains: trade conferences, forums, business strategy games, HR workshop, CV workshops…
With the aim of continuing to develop its performance culture, its globalisation and the diversity of the profiles of its employees, PPR has decided to go further and to facilitate the action of its brands abroad.
In fact, with its increasing development abroad, the Group needs to attract young potentials.
Currently established in four countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium, the International Schools Liaison aims to increase the selective attractiveness of the Group brands in each of these countries.
Our network of correspondents, linked to the PPR HR development management, has the following missions:
- To analyse the best market practices in terms of Schools/Companies Liaison,
- To draw up a cartography of the different trainings and educational systems offered in the country,
- To carry out a survey of the employer image of the PPR brands present in the country
- To take part in the creation of a methodological kit,
- And finally, to launch and follow the company game strategy “Global Management Challenge” (cf. 6th edition February/March 2007 of Numéro)
In a more general way, the International Schools Liaison favours exchanges and links with our different brands abroad.
